Voting. I hope this democracy is real and not just a facade for the monied classes to hide behind. Anyway, spirits were high at the polls, and folks were patient. It took more than 2 hours to vote. Friends and colleagues who live in mostly white neighborhoods voted in 15-20 minutes.

Next morning- Obama won. Maybe it still works.
