Glorious weather! Sun shine and cool, the leaves in the cottonwoods and sycamores have begun to get dryernough to rustle in the breeze. The martins have left already. I saw 11 turtles and many frogs lurking just under the duckweed on the river.

The river is covered in duckweed, but if you look closely you can see many turtles and frogs and fish just under the surface.
