On Groundhog Day

It is today, isn’t it? The snow mostly missed us. The sky instead pelted us with ball-bearing-like pieces of ice all day. This morning after light begins the process of chipping the car out from under it. Yesterday’s home-boundness inspired a cherry and an apple pie (courtesy of Dennis), a big pot of vegetable-beef soup (courtesy of me), a new resident mouse and a new monster game (courtesy of Britches). To my friends in FLA, enjoy!

Quote I came across this morning that I like:

“We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”  Joseph Campbell
